For this project we were contacted by the client because they were in need of an additional living space. We were able to help bring their ideas to reality by giving them a possible solution to their problem. This project is a brand new ADU being built in the city of Pacoima, CA. What was originally an outdated storage shed, is now a brand new living space for the clients’ parents. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Kitchen, and 1 Bath, sufficient enough to live comfortably while still living close to family.
